Robert J. Leeman, PGA, Head Golf Professional

Robert Leeman, PGA, brings more than 40 years of golf industry experience and leadership to Conestoga Country Club. A PGA Member since 1993, he has served Conestoga for more than 25 years as Head Golf Professional, including 14 years as General Manager and Head Golf Professional. His dedication to the game, member service, and teaching make him an invaluable part of the Conestoga community.


Robert’s career began at Saucon Valley Country Club and Seminole Golf Club before he became a Head Golf Professional in Maryland and Pennsylvania. He has also served on the boards of the Middle Atlantic PGA and Philadelphia PGA Sections, including as President of the Philadelphia PGA, and was named Philadelphia PGA Merchandiser of the Year.


An accomplished competitor, Robert has won more than 60 PGA professional tournaments, qualified for the National PGA Championship, and was first alternate for the U.S. Open Championship. He is equally committed to helping golfers of all ages and abilities improve and enjoy the game.


Known for his approachable style, deep knowledge, and passion for golf, Robert takes pride in creating outstanding experiences for Conestoga members and guests through instruction, tournaments, and mentorship.

Chandlir Pinkham: PGA Associate and Assistant Golf Professional

Chandlir has a strong background in golf operations, membership sales, outside services, and member relations.  He graduated from the Golf Academy of America in 2011 and has since gained valuable experience at several respected golf facilities.


His career began in the Myrtle Beach area, where he worked at The Dye Club in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, and Carolina National Golf Club in Bolivia, North Carolina. He later served as the Sales and Membership Director at Royal Manchester Golf Links in Mt. Wolf, Pennsylvania, where he developed a strong understanding of membership growth, customer service, and club operations.


Chandlir has held the role of Caddie Master and Outside Supervisor at French Creek Golf Club, further strengthening his experience in staff leadership, tournament preparation, and daily golf operations.

Gavin Clark: Golf Operations Staff

Gavin began his career in the golf industry in 2022 as a member of the Outside Staff at Hershey Country Club. After gaining valuable experience there, he joined Conestoga Country Club in 2025, where he continued working in Outside Operations. In 2026, Gavin advanced to a full-time role and took responsibility for managing the club’s women’s leagues. Known for his strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment, he continues to grow within the golf industry and has recently begun working toward PGA Membership.
