Dear Members,

 

I hope you’re having a great weekend so far. As we move into November, I want to thank those who joined us for recent events and for the continued support across the Club. The fall season is always a special time here with plenty of great dining, golf, and social opportunities to enjoy.

 

If you haven’t had a chance to look at the November newsletter that was sent yesterday, I encourage you to take a moment to review it. It highlights everything coming up this month, including game nights, our holiday

cocktail class, yoga dates, and of course our Drawdown Dinner later in the month.

Cucumber, caper, sweet onion, hard boiled egg, dill crème fraîche.

Entrée

Chicken Roulade $21
Thinly sliced chicken rolled with prosciutto, basil, ricotta and seared.
Served with seasonal vegetable & rice.

 

Yellowfin Tuna  $28
Pan seared and served over warm Thai noodle stir broth

with a rich, earthy miso broth.

 

Stuffed Pork Chop $22

Traditional stuffing & roasted.
Served with mashed potatoes, seasonal vegetables
and finished with old fashioned gravy.

 

Tournedos Gambari  $34
Twin filets topped with jumbo shrimp.
Served with mashed potatoes, vegetables
and a garlic lemon butter.

 

Sunday Football Menu

Sundays are for football and food at CCC! Join us on the Patio or in the Pub and enjoy our All-day Sunday Football Specials (also available in the 19th Hole):

The games will be on throughout the Club with sound for the featured matchup. Bring your crew, grab a table, and make CCC your Sunday football headquarters.
