CCC The Week Ahead

CCC The Week Ahead October 28 through November 2

Dear Members,

I’m thrilled to share that our very own junior golfer, Piper Smith, delivered an outstanding performance at the PIAA Golf Championships, posting rounds of 75 and 72 (+3) to earn a 3rd place finish in the state. We couldn’t be more proud of Piper’s focus, dedication, and the example she sets for our junior golf program and the entire Conestoga community. Please join me in congratulating her on this incredible accomplishment.

A friendly reminder that our Fall Harvest Wine Dinner is this Saturday and this is your last chance to sign up. It’s shaping up to be a wonderful evening of fine wine, inspired cuisine, and camaraderie among members. If you haven’t already secured your spot, please RSVP today.

Looking ahead, November is filled with great events and reasons to visit the club. Mark your calendars for our Holiday Cocktail Class on November 6, Karaoke Night in the Pub on November 20, and the Drawdown Dinner on November 15. We’ve also added Yoga on select dates for those looking to stay active as we move into the colder months. Don’t forget to order your Thanksgiving To-Go Sides, a convenient and delicious way to add some CCC favorites to your family table.

As the colder weather settles in, patio lunch hours have concluded for the season. Sunday Specials will continue to be available in the 19th Hole, and members are still welcome to enjoy the patio firepit area. Simply grab drinks from the 19th Hole and carry them out to the patio to relax and unwind. With temperatures dropping, it no longer makes sense to continue staffing the patio area for lunch, but we encourage everyone to continue enjoying this great outdoor space as weather allows.

Finally, please take a few minutes to complete the Capital Improvements Survey if you haven’t already. This is a very important step as we plan for the future of the club, and we want to hear from all members. So far, the response rate from our Social and Dining members has been light, and we truly value your feedback. Your input helps guide priorities for course improvements, clubhouse upgrades, pool area enhancements, and future dining spaces.

Thank you for celebrating Piper’s success with us, for supporting our upcoming events, and for sharing your voice through the survey.
