As we look ahead to a beautiful week at Conestoga Country Club, we want to take a moment to wish all the incredible mothers in our community a very Happy Mother’s Day! Whether you’re celebrating at brunch, on the golf course, or somewhere in Lancaster, we hope your day is filled with love, appreciation, and a few well-deserved moments of relaxation.
Board of Governors Election – Reminder
The election for our Board of Governors will officially close at the Annual Meeting tomorrow evening (Wednesday, May 7). All Golf Members received a separate email with access to vote electronically. If you haven’t already voted, please be sure to submit your ballot prior to the meeting.
Important Clarification on Ballot Instructions
We want to address a misprint in the election instructions that may have caused confusion. The instructions incorrectly state that voting for more than 4 candidates will invalidate your ballot. This is not correct.
All members are entitled to vote for up to 7 candidates.
If you have already submitted your ballot but wish to revise your vote or add additional candidates (up to 7 total), please contact Jon Gehman directly, and he will assist you.
Also, you must be a member in good standing to cast a ballot. Any members who vote and are not in good standing will have their ballots removed from the election.
